Dyna Vink is an expert in strategic communications, marketing, organizational change, and stakeholder engagement with over 20 years of experience. As Program Director, she carries out research, communications and client relations.
Dyna holds multiple professional designations, including MBA, B.Com, Accredited Business Communicator (ABC), Change Management Professional (CMP), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Known for her collaborative approach and excellence, Dyna has received numerous awards from the International Association of Business Communicators, including a Distinguished Service Award and recognition as Mentor of the Year.
Her work spans various sectors, including technology, security, health, academic, and nonprofit. Dyna leverages the latest advances in decision and behavioral science to deliver high-impact results, bringing new depth to her capabilities through a science-informed, evidence-based approach.

Caroline Roll | Director of Research and Asset Management
Caroline Roll is an archivist, digital asset manager, and researcher with over 10 years of experience. She holds a BSc in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin and an MA in Moving Image Archiving and Preservation from New York University.
As Director of Research and Asset Management, Caroline oversees research for client-based projects and is responsible for managing all IT and internal assets for CSS. She also conducts interviews, manages interns and special projects, and assists in overall strategy. She was formerly the Manager, Video Archives at Meredith Corporation and has also held positions at La MaMa E.T.C., JDC Archives, NYU’s Bobst Library, and The Texas Archive of the Moving Image.

Gordon Butte | General Partner
Gordon is a respected innovator in the field of risk analysis, judgement, and decision-making, known for successfully breaking the barrier between basic research and its application in everyday organizational activities.
In 1990, he, along with decision science researchers at Carnegie Mellon University, launched a three-step method for better understanding people’s complex psychological processes of judgment, decision-making, and behavior. The method and management systems that evolved came to comprise proprietary techniques in applying this research in providing expert and mental modeling, strategy and communications development, and conflict resolution.
A US patent for the method was awarded in 1998, and Gordon has contributed to various papers, books, and other publications on the subject.
Currently, Gordon works with leaders in large organizations to tailor the management systems to immediate requirements, as well in integrating it into primary business and management processes to realize key opportunities over the longer term.

Mark Roll is trained in chemistry and biochemistry with emphasis in chemical product development. He holds numerous US and foreign patents in solid state acid catalysis of light hydrocarbons. His expertise includes management of various businesses, including organic chemicals, inorganic chemicals and metals, and engineering thermoplastics. He has been an innovator in the field of decision science and innovation management for over four decades.
Mark is a recognized leader internationally in innovation and management systems.He has served in a range of positions including senior research chemist, technical service and development project leader, senior manager in marketing and product management, and global marketing manager for a syngas power generation technology. As vice president of a privately held chemical firm, he managed the profit and loss of 12 major product groups, tripling the profits of that portfolio in less than five years.
Mark is a member of the American Chemical Council, the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association, the Independent Lubricant and Manufacturers Association, and the Southwest Chemical Association.
